Our small guest house is located in the idyllic village of Riffian, nestled in the middle of the South Tyrolean mountains. Here, far away from the hustle and bustle of the big city life, you can switch off and recharge your batteries. Whether on a hike in the Hirzer region, on a bike tour along the “Passer” river or just relaxing by our pool – immerse yourself in the wonderful nature of South Tyrol and enjoy these moments of happiness and keep it as a memory forever.

With a mild climate and plenty of sunshine, you can really unwind here – especially outdoors. Temperatures are already mild in spring and the apple blossom in April gives our little country an enchanting white dress. In midsummer, on the other hand, you can escape the heat of the valley at refreshing heights. The nearby Hirzer and Meran2000 hiking areas invite you to discover tours of all levels of difficulty and entice you with breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys and mountains.

If you don’t want to climb as high, you can explore the atmospheric old “Waalwege” trails in the surrounding area on a leisurely stroll. Originally water channels were built along those trails to irrigate the surrounding fields. Today these trails represent a tranquil hiking experience that mostly leads through natural forest, perfect for a pleasant walk the whole year round.
Adults only
We love children, but sometimes we need some time without them!
For 20 years now, our well-kept apartments have been occupied exclusively by adults and we would like to keep the tradition. Many of our guests appreciate the quiet atmosphere in the house and by the pool and choose our guest house every year for exact this reason. As a result, we hope you understand that we accept children only from 14 years on.
