- For reservations of 14 days or more we grant a discount of € 2 per day
- For reservations of 3 weeks or more we grant a discount of €4 per day
- The local tax of € 2.80 per person and night is not included in the price.
- Dogs are welcome in certain apartments upon request (€ 8.00 per dog).
Please do not leave the dog alone in the apartment. - Final cleaning fee is not included and is € 39.00
- Bed linen, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels and table linen are provided and included in the price
- We are happy to deliver fresh bakery bread to your front door if requested on a extra charge.
- Payment: You can pay in cash on site or by bank transfer in advance.
- A deposit of 30% of the price is required for a binding reservation.

Departure: On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out latest by 10am
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations up to 8 weeks before arrival are free of charge (the deposit will be refunded)
- Cancellations between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival, will be charged with a cancellation fee of 40% of the total price (the deposit of 30% will be retained and not refunded).
- Cancellations between 4 weeks and 7 days before arrival will be charged with 70% of the total price.
- Cancellations 7 days before arrival, no-shows or early departures will be charged with 100% of the total price.
